This policy applies to all purchases of products and services offered by Torous d.o.o. through AI Transition Academy. Please read it carefully before completing your payment.
Once payment is complete, your place in the cohort is confirmed and your seat is reserved. We don't offer refunds based on change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances arising after purchase.
This is a live cohort with a fixed group size of 6–8 professionals. Each place reserved is a place unavailable to someone else. We ask that you're confident in your commitment before purchasing.
We stand behind the system. If it doesn't produce results for your actual job, we want to know about it and fix it.
If you complete all required exercises across all six sessions, submit your Evidence Portfolio, and the A.C.T. system does not produce a working workflow for your actual job — contact us within 7 days of the final session. We'll review your work in full and work with you toward a resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include additional 1-on-1 support or, at our discretion, a full refund.

Missing sessions or incomplete participation does not qualify for a refund. If you know in advance that you can't attend a session, reach out — we'll do our best to provide the materials and keep you on track.
If Torous d.o.o. cancels a cohort for any reason, you'll receive a full refund or priority placement in the next available cohort — your choice. If individual sessions are rescheduled due to circumstances on our side, they'll be rescheduled at no extra cost to you.
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Once payment is complete, your place is confirmed. For any issues with the payment itself, contact LemonSqueezy support directly or reach out to us at contact@ai-transition.academy.
Purchases of digital products (self-paced courses, downloadable PDFs, templates, toolkits, and similar materials) may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, unless substantial portions of the material have already been accessed or downloaded.
To request a refund on a digital product, email contact@ai-transition.academy within 14 days of purchase.
Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows are non-refundable.
Subscription services may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partially used billing periods.
